ASABE Publishes Updated Spray Nozzle Classification Standard

The American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE) has published a revision to its standard for classifying nozzles on agricultural sprayers.

ANSI/ASAE S572.3 FEB2020, Spray Nozzle Classification by Droplet Spectra, aligns the classification aspects of the spray nozzle requirements with ISO 25358:2018 Crop protection equipment — Droplet-size spectra from atomizers — Measurement and classification.
